Tour Guidelines

The guidelines for conduct are few and simple. Since our entire time will be spent on mission as an extension of our community of faith, the utmost in common courtesy, respect and simple good manners are to be observed. We will not be unreasonable in our requests for behavior, but a few statements need to be made to prevent misunderstanding:

Any tour member, who, by their words or actions, places our choir, our project, or our mission in jeopardy, will be sent home immediately by air at their parent’ s expense. PERIOD.

There will be no possession or use of tobacco, profanity, alcohol, drugs, weapons or fire-producing items.

Attitude Everyone should maintain a positive attitude and refrain from whining, complaining, pouting, sulking, & generally being unpleasant.

All youth and chaperones will take part in all events on tour.

Take pride in your appearance and personal hygiene.

There will be mandatory quiet times each day on the tour. You can use these times to work puzzles, write in REFLECTIONS, or rest. No texting during quiet times!

The use of cell phones and other portable devices must be limited so that you will interact with others. All cell phones will remain OFF during all concerts!

The buddy system is always in effect on tour.

Do not leave the hotel at any time without the permission of a chaperone. You are not to be outside your room after curfew. if you disobey this rule, you will be dismissed from the tour. Your ability to be a part of the next one will be in question.

Any damage to your room is your own personal responsibility.

Rooms: Boys are not allowed in girls' room, nor girls allowed in boys' room at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS!
